Winston-Salem · Greensboro · High Point · Clemmons

Web design for the Piedmont Triad. We build it, host it, and keep it safe.

A small Winston-Salem shop serving small businesses and non-profits across Greensboro, High Point, Clemmons, and the rest of the Triad. One bill. One phone number that a real person answers. If your site goes down at 6pm on a Tuesday, you don’t open a ticket — you call us, and we’re already on it.

01 — What we do

Two jobs, done well.

The website & the hosting that runs it

Hand-built in Next.js, deployed on a managed cloud platform. No page builders, no themes, no plugin soup. If you can describe your business in a conversation, we can put it on the internet in a way that loads fast and stays up.

How our managed web design works

The firewall that sits between you and the rest of the internet

We configure and install physical network security appliances tuned for your office — the kind of gear large companies take for granted, sized for a clinic, a shop, or a non-profit. We set it up, we tune it, and we keep an eye on it from here.

02 — Who this is for

Probably you, if…

  • You run a clinic, shop, studio, or non-profit and your current website embarrasses you a little.
  • You’ve been told you need “cybersecurity” but everyone selling it talks past you.
  • Your last web person disappeared, raised their rate, or both.
  • You want one human you can call about the internet, not a vendor list.

03 — Where we work

Local web design across the Piedmont Triad.

We’re based in Winston-Salem, NC, and most of our clients are a short drive away — in Greensboro, High Point, Clemmons, Kernersville, Lewisville, and the small towns in between. If you’re searching for a web designer in the Triad who will actually show up in person, that’s us.

We do the same hand-built, fast-loading sites for a bakery in Winston-Salem as we do for a clinic in Greensboro or a furniture showroom in High Point — tuned to the way each business actually works.

04 — Common questions

Things people ask us first.

Do you only work with businesses in Winston-Salem?

No. We're based in Winston-Salem but most of our clients are spread across the Piedmont Triad — Greensboro, High Point, Clemmons, Kernersville, Lewisville, Advance, and Mocksville. Anywhere we can drive to in under an hour, we'll happily come on-site.

How much does a small-business website cost in the Triad?

Most of our small-business and non-profit clients land between $2,500 and $8,000 for the initial build, plus a flat monthly fee that covers hosting, updates, and someone actually picking up the phone. We quote in plain English before any work starts.

Do you handle hosting, or just design?

Both. Every site we build runs on a managed cloud platform we configure and monitor. One bill, one phone number, one company responsible for whether your site is up.

Can you also secure our office network?

Yes. We install and manage physical firewall appliances — our Guardian Series — for clinics, shops, and offices throughout the Triad. Real intrusion prevention, content filtering, and remote access without enterprise-style sales nonsense.

How fast can you get our site live?

A clean, single-purpose marketing site can be live in two to three weeks from kickoff. Larger sites with custom content or e-commerce typically run four to eight weeks. We don't pad timelines.

05 — A short note

LightHouse is small on purpose. We’d rather take on five clients we genuinely help than fifty we never have time for. If that sounds like the kind of relationship you want with the people running your website and network, we should probably talk.

No sales script, no calendar gauntlet — just a phone call or an email, whichever you prefer.
